Tixoria is a digital platform that allows event organizers to manage tickets and visitors to download their purchased tickets. During the current test phase, Tixoria is operated by the owner of the platform in Belgium. Full legal business details will be provided once registration is complete.

1. What personal data do we collect?

We only collect the data required to operate the platform.

1.1. Account Information

• Email address
• Password (encrypted)
• Bank account number + name owner account (organizers only)

1.2. Ticket Information

• Ticket holder name
• Buyer email
• Valid dates & scanned dates

All sensitive ticket data is encrypted and stored on our own server (NAS) in Belgium.

1.3. Technical Information

• No tracking cookies
• Only a functional session cookie
• No analytics or external tracking

• You (your own account & tickets)
